These are some of the best pastries I've ever had. Texture, flavor...just wow. Thank you for blessing the people with your talent, Chef Patty!

Year Of The Snake is a mother/daughter run pop-up bakery, they are friendly and fast. The chocolate chip and sesame cookie ($3) had a wonderful brown butter flavor. It was a tad bit too sweet, but also no regrets!

Black Sesame Bostock. Gorgeous brioche, not-too-sweet sesame paste. Nice vibes, cool staff. Delicious!

Holy moly!! Best Portuguese egg tart ever! It is life changing. The custard is so silky smooth, and the crust is sooooooo freaking flaky.I also got quite the haul and was able to try a selection of items! Meyer lemon japanese cheesecake was so fluffy! I was amazed at the salted egg yolk cookie- definitely not a common bakery item, and I have no regrets trying it. The korean army stew focaccia was a unique menu item, so I had to try it. It was decent and a nice savory item. Since I ordered a lot and they were about to close, they threw in a little gift (hazelnut baby cake) for me, which was nice of them! The tea eggs were a nice addition because I needed some savory to balance out the sweet.

I stumbled across this Sunday pop up and I absolutely love it! There's a little concrete sitting area outside, so you can enjoy the nice day with your treats. The Salted Yolk Cookies are maybe my favorite, though I can't say I've had anything I didn't like. And today I tried the coffee, which was absolutely divine! Don't miss this spot.

Sunday treat to find! This is only a Sunday pop-up and I'm always happy to support a family business. Daughter runs the register and mom was there heating up the angel food cake in the toaster oven. It was very fresh and tasty! Kind service as well.I got half a dozen of custard egg tarts and the angel food cake. I unfortunately had coffee before trying the Vietnamese coffee they had, but I'll come back to try. Pop-ups are not cheap or easy to run so I don't expect to pay Chinatown prices for these baked goods and honestly they have their own little spin to them different from Chinatown. Really delicious pastries and I highly recommend!

Pastry pop up happens on SundaysVery unique and delicious pastries. My favorites have been the sesame chip cookie, Japanese cheesecake, and meat pieThey offer a variety of Asian American inspired treats and also have Vietnamese coffee. There is some standing table areas outside if you want to eat a quick bite but no traditional seating so prepare to take it out.

Wow, this really was the best egg tart I've ever had. I'm not even sure i like egg tarts, but I will definitely be back for more and will be bringing these to parties and birthdays in the future. We got a pack of 6, and they had just come out of the oven so we ate one in the car - the crust is so thick and flaky, the vanilla so perfect, and the warm gooey custard was literally to die for.

Omg. Best egg tart I've ever had and biscuit was so delicious. What a lovely shop! Asked for the best-sellers and was recommended the egg tarts and Chinese sausage biscuit. They were both so well made. The flaky crust of the egg tart was unreal. Will definitely return to try more!
