“As a new yorker, Chinese food is a staple. I've lived a lot of places since I've lived in New York and I have not been able to find comparable Chinese food. I was so incredibly impressed with Da Chef Noodle, I felt actually giddy joy when discovering it existed and then even more excited once I learned the food is as good as you think it is going to be when you walk in.

Staff was low key but kind and helpful. I popped in on accident one night when I was in the area and have ordered several times since.

My first fortune cookie read: You are in the right place for something unforgettable. And boy, were they right! The roast pork was sweet, tangy balanced perfect with salty. The walnut shrimp might be the best I've ever had and I've lived all over the world.

Typing this now, I can't wait to go back. I'm new out here to the valley and didn't expect to find such incredibly delicious Chinese food. So grateful for this find!“

“Its my first time and I will say it was a good experience. Owner came right away took our order, atmosphere was quiet and calm. I liked their food, personally my favorite was the soup bao and the fried rice. The portions are big so don't make the same mistake as me and order too much. I liked the design and arts on the walls, it gave a home vibe to it. It's very aesthetically pleasing I would definitely recommend trying.“
