I ordered a Mother’s Day gift for delivery on 4/6/23 to arrive on 5/13/23, and as of today, 5/14/23, it has not even SHIPPED yet.
I’ve called the store multiple times (no answer), texted the store per their recorded message (no response). I emailed customer service yesterday to tell them I hadn’t even received a shipping notification yet, and they claimed it’s a delay with USPS — but USPS can’t “delay” something you never sent.
