The owner of this place knows how to care for his customers. He took the time to come out and talk with my wife & I. We had a great conversation about our Country and Keeping America Great.
We visited the shop on 2 occasions during our visit. My daughter has allergies and has a lot of anxiety when trying something new. The girls were so understanding and both told me how seriously they take allergies. They got new tubs and reassured her and made every effort to make her feel taken care of. I am so appreciative of the experience and it made my daughter’s vacation so much more memorable!!!
Visited Big Bear today with my family and tried this ice cream shop for the first time, we usually visit the other ice cream shop down the street in the village with our kids but this one had a shorter line today and we will definitely be back!!! The staff (especially the manger!) were so kind and sweet. Really welcoming experience all around and glad to see this addition to the big bear village! 🥰
