As a former usual customer, this restaurant was in its prime around 2005, I know that it's changed hands since, prices went up, and it's just not a good place to eat anymore. They used to sell tacos for .75-$1.25.

This beauty of a hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant will fill you up with massive burritos. I tend to judge these types by their California burritos, which are carne asada with fries, guac and sour cream. They do it right and I come back near

Wow...super impressed by this place!! We wanted something quick and easy to go and close to where we were staying. The reviews were mixed but we decided to give it a try. I originally wanted the Albodingas soup but they were out. So had to pivot to a beef enchilada plate. And then we also wanted to get the Al Pastor tacos but that too was out. So ended up doing carnitas tacos. Well, our second choices were great!! We also got a chicken nachos. And man, the portions here are huge!!!!! I'd recommend sharing one plate!! There was only one woman making every order fresh and it was a pretty small place. No one else was there but us but it was pretty early. If we're ever back in Big Bear, I would definitely go back for some good Mexican food!

Came by on a Friday night before closing. Very small restaurant. The food was okay. The service was okay too. I enjoyed the chile relleno but the carne asada in the California burrito tasted like it was a few days old.
