Labeled as authentic Mexican food but, my opinion is they should distinguish what region of Mexico the food is styled after. After ordering, we found out: Guadalajara. Their chorizo con huevos is not traditional Northern style. Instead, they mix the chorizo with the papa's & cheese, not the eggs. The menudo appears to be a different recipe as well. The food was good, just not how I like it prepared. I even requested the waiter to ensure I would get the chorizo con huevos...

I ordered an omelette and a pancake on the side. The omelette was super fresh and they make the best pancakes ever! The staff is always quick and friendly and the chef even made extra pancake batter just for me after giving the last pancake to my friend. Great spot for breakfast!
