THE OWNER’S WIFE ASSAULTED A PEACEFUL PROTESTOR AND WAS ARRESTED. DO NOT GIVE SCIENTOLOGY ASSOCIATED RESTAURANTS ANY BUSINESS.

We wanted something to eat after taking a break from snowboarding. This spot was the really close to the fire pit and the wait wasn't too bad.You grab your drinks and go through the line and grab whatever is ready, then pay. I just shared some fries and chicken nuggets, which were pretty good. It satisfied me until we took our last run. The food here is very expensive for what you get, but that's expected.

OAK FIRE GRILL - BIG BEAR SNOW SUMMIT4/10--Review: if u go to big bear snow summit, try bringing ur own food because you about spend literally $15 on an average hamburger. Like the hamburger tastes solid, but the price is not it. It do be smackin tho when ur coming to eat lunch after snowboarding, but bruh. Aint no way u wanna pay that much money for a double cheese burger.I know that that's how these companies make their money, but nah man. Personally I just pack a large amount of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Big W, W Sandwich.@redbull does give you wings, thank you for ur tasty drink.

The only indoor food area in Snow Summit and I personally think it's actually great. They serve breakfast until 10.30am which consists of breakfast burritos, egg muffin sandwiches, biscuits and gravy and more staples. Then lunch comes after with burgers, chicken tenders and fries and other grill items. Their selection of drinks is quite expansive, from juices to alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Ambiance is nice with an indoor fireplace that's always running. Second floor indoor dining. And outdoor seating available as well both on the first and second floor. Had both their breakfast and their lunch and no complaints! It's convenient, it's good, it's comfortable. A great place to fill your tummy and thirst while having a fun day skiing or snowboarding on the snow.

Awful food worse than a school cafeteria

This is our go-to place to grab a breakfast burrito before we hot the slopes. Generous size - we always just share one. They also have breakfast bowls, oatmeal, and for lunch, grilled burgers, hot dogs and fried chicken sandwiches. They also have bottles and cans of sodas, beer, seltzer's, Cutwater canned cocktails, etc.

There aren't many options in Big Bear and with the crowds, restaurants fill up very quickly. This place is awesome. We always have a great experience. We love to start off upstairs and snag the couch to have an amazing Berry Moscow Mule. The ambiance is SO romantic and the drinks are delicious. If the restaurant is overly crowded, you can still order off of the full menu at the bar upstairs. Can't go wrong with the filet. The fries are bomb and the Brussels sprouts are soo good. The entire menu is good to be honest. Please be kind to their staff because they are short handed and doing the best they can.

The food was good but the customer service is the worst Ive ever seen. The supervisor, Donna, failed to charge me for a beer along with my $40 meal. It wouldnt have been a problem except that because of her ignorant mistake, the staff assumed that I was trying to steal the beer, treated me like a theif, and embarrassed me in front of other customers. Too make things worse, when I approach the supervisor, Donna, yet again to correct her mistake, she was rather insolent and made the problem worse. People like her should not be working as an authority figure to other workers. Terrible service from a terrible person

The food is always good and the staff is friendly. I really enjoy how quickly you can get your food and the portions are big.

Terrible customer service!!! The supervisor, Donna, made a mistake when ringing out my order and embarrassed me in front of other customers. She forgot to charge me for a beer that was clearly in front of her. I paid my bill and as i walk out, they stop be and accuse me of trying to steal the beer. I walk back to pay for it in Donna's line and she denies having seen the beer on my tray and acts rudely and unapologetic. Instead of having integrity, she displayed an attitude unfit for a person who is supervising others. The food was good but Donna left me with a bad taste. I really hope that management has a talk with her about how to treat customers. Terrible service from a terrible person!!!!

Not good. At ski resorts I expect the food to be expensive, and if the foods good I'm ok with that. But like a lot of ski resorts, they don't actually cook food here - they just microwave frozen hamburger patties etc and slap them on a cold bun. Pretty grim. If you have to go here, stick with the only food they actually cook - the fried food - like chicken nuggets (didn't try) and french fries (pretty good). Oh, the hot dog was ok...it's hard to ruin a hot dog.
