Wow! After the disappointing experience at the Copper Q, the Tea & Coffee Exchange was a refreshing blast of fresh air! The service was pleasant and the ambiance is warm and inviting. To boot, their prices are much better. A plain and not so good coffee at the Copper Q was $ 5.33 AFTER the local's discount which I had to ask for, while the same size Mocha at the Tee & Coffee Exchange was $5.12. Support the Tea and Coffee Exchange. Don't waste your money or time at the Copper Q.
I come up to big bear pretty frequently. Sometimes it's a busy weekend and other times it's not as busy. I come to the tea and coffee exchange almost every time. I don't actually place an order every time though because it can get extremely busy and they are usually understaffed. If it's a busy day, you can expect to be in line for around 20-40 minutes. I just love Big Bear ! It is such a quaint little town and little findings. We came to this Cafe to charge our Tesla outside as well as get some breakfast. The menu is good ! I loved my turkey, egg and cheese on a croissant and my daughter loved her cupcake. The girls working there were nice and gave some good suggestions of where to go and what to do. It's a nice local spot to just chill and have some coffee before getting into your day.
