The shrimp spring rolls and vegetarian spring rolls are also a highlight, and the banh mi features perfectly cooked bread. The BBQ Sandwich (Banh Mi Thit Nuong) is so good and a great value. The food comes from a red food truck in a spacious parking lot, with quick and friendly service. This hidden gem is a must-visit for anyone craving Vietnamese food that's made fresh to order. The owner/chef is very nice, and the lot could become a food truck hotspot soon!
