There’s also a good handful of vegan options, including the impossible burger on the veggie burger set, empanadas, and hummus platter. With a great selection of beers—some say the best this side of June Lake brewing—and a convenient QR code ordering system, this brewery is a must-stop in Bishop. The friendly, knowledgeable staff and lively energy make it an ideal spot to grab a bite and a drink before heading to Mammoth or during a camping trip. The patio could use some sprucing up, but the excellent food, service, and vibe of the tap room more than make up for it.
