What a great stop for a quick dinner. Service was amazing. Food came out quick with a smile. Salsa and sauces were fresh and spot on. We ordered tacos: suadero, lengua, buche and tripa. He gave us extra barbacoa and tripa to share. Good and authentic. Reminds us of street tacos in CDMX.

Had the lengua and Cabeza and the Carnitas tacos delicious I’m from RIVERSIDE.
Nice to have some southern California tacos the lady was real nice. Food came out fast. Exactly the way you want street tacos to taste.

We had such a good experience here! The tacos, rice, and beans tasted great. The owner was very friendly and gave us a sample of the barbacoa which I would highly recommend. There was plenty of covered seating. I look forward to coming back

The legend is true, the food is amazing, the service is incredible and the prices are on point. I can honestly say I have no intrest in eating anywhere else in Bishop. This is the Alpha and Omega of Mexican food.

Came here looking for some Mexican food and was extremely suprised. My burrito was absolutely amazing, the owners are great people and were fun to talk to! This is definitely the best Mexican you can get in the eastern Sierra!

We were spending the night in Bishop, California, and wanted to find some good Mexican food. We came across this food truck with tons of great reviews, so we decided to check it out—even if we had to eat outside. And wow, we’re so glad we did!
The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The salsa was some of the best we’ve ever had, and the chef was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can really tell they put pride into every dish.

This food truck is a hidden gem in Bishop. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through. Honestly, I wish I could bring it back with me to Idaho—it’s that good!

Everything on my plate was and always is amazing, the rice, the beans, the tacos. The aguas frescas. The people working the truck are always friendly and they care about their business. 3rd time eating here and I always get it when passing thru Bishop.
