Met George! Super nice Guy. I could literally hang out there all day and just talk to Him. We ordered quite a few and they’re all really good. Everything is fresh. He told Me He makes everything homemade. Would love to come back again before we head Home.
The man working was so nice. It was a super hot day and he offered my kids a pineapple drink to cool off before we even ordered. We went here because of the good reviews. We usually go other places when driving through Bishop but we were craving a taco shop. I have high standards for street tacos being from Southern California and the tacos and quesadilla were excellent but it was the service that truly surpassed expectations.
So so good. The owner was so sweet and food was so fresh. A friend told us about this spot, had to stop by on our way home from Tahoe.
If you’re ever in the area you need to stop by and get the pastor torta and pastor burrito 100/10
This place is awesome the food was delicious, came really quickly, and the guy was super cool.
Tacos and fireworks? Um, yes. Loved it.
Ordered 2tacos de cabeza and 2 de lengua, a torta de res and 2 tacos asados. Everything was delicious. For a hungry family of 3, this fed us well and we even walked over to the fruit stand nearby for a fruity dessert. Thank you!! We definitely recommend 👌
Amazing tacos and great service. The best food we had in Bishop for sure. I loved the lengua and al pastor tacos, and hubby enjoyed the birria tacos. All were delicious.
So many locals coming up for food, cook was so friendly and the burrito was INCREDIBLE
Great food and friendly service! The cantaloupe agua fresca was delicious 🤤
Super delicious and amazing tacos! The señor serving us was such a lovely person as well. I especially loved the chile verde and birria! Everything was delicious though, and it’s hard to choose between them!

Drew and Brenda were so chill and make super bomb tacos and burritos. A new must stop on the way to or back from Mammoth, especially since they are open so late so you can’t miss them. Didn’t expect to find tacos that rivaled LA up in Bishop! Gotta try the tamales next time!

Very nice people with good food and great vegetarian options. They are fast and have reasonable prices. I'm so glad this is an option for food later in the evening, since things close pretty early in Bishop.
