We drove almost 6 hours to get here from Nevada, through spectacular scenery with equally spectacular temperatures, rising well above 100 degrees the whole way. We were more than ready to hit the first bar we could find in Bishop. The coin-toss about which way to walk downtown landed us here at Rusty's, where we didn't exactly fit in with the folks sitting around the bar, but they were tolerant sorts who winked and nodded to greet us.
