“My boyfriend and I came to dine in. It was our first time and one of the owners Akbar (i apologize sir if i spelled it wrong) and his team provided amazing service. The food was amazing we got the double cheese burger with the nice guy sauce and Nashville chicken sandwich. The service was quick and the place is clean. Their combos come with fries and a soft drink. I have no complaints. Everything was fresh and tasty. We have found our new favorite spot. So much better than In-n-out!! The burgers are smashed style and you can for sure feel the authenticity of the restaurant and the team. As we walked out I heard the owner congratulate the team on a job well done. As someone who has worked in food I loved to hear the positive reinforcement going on. Again, I cannot stress this enough I love this place and have found my new burger and chicken sandwich spot. “Visited Masala Indo-Pak Cuisine recently and had a mixed experience. While the service was slow, taking about 20 minutes for the food to arrive even during a quiet period, there were some highlights. The Chicken Tikka, unfortunately, was a bit watery for my taste. However, the Garlic Naan was exceptional—easily the best I've had at any Indian restaurant. Overall, the food is decent, but there's definitely room for improvement in both service speed and some dishes.“

“I walked in and was greeted by Irene whom was friendly with a smile on her face, explained it was my first time and she told me her recommendations and went with the tender, sandwich meal and I added Mac and cheese to try as well since I heard it was really good. The restaurant was clean and not busy. Once I received my food it was well put together and the food was fresh and made to order. Delicious. Not spicy at all I opted for lite mild and mild. I will definitely take it up a notch next time. Their Mac and cheese is seasoned with their fry seasoning and it was good. Their fries are crinkle cut and seasoned to my liking. They serve extra pickles on the side which I enjoy because I am a huge fan of pickles. They give you a side of Dave's sauce which to me taste like a sweeter version of thousand island what I really enjoyed was their honey. That complimented the chicken well. Irene went around checking and asked customers how the food was and if they needed anything, myself and included her and the rest of staff were great! It was a great experience and because customer service was a 10/10 as well I'll recommend this location when mentioning this restaurant“

“Im a ucr student and I love this place!! The pita chips are sooo delicious. Every time I go the staff is so friendly that I’m honestly thinking about applying. The manager and supervisors are so helpful. I had an incident where I ordered the wrong thing and they were so accommodating and understanding. If you want great service and food, make sure to check it out! ?“

“For a food court I’m seriously impressed. Had the beef bowl I substituted the rice for salad. It was nice and fresh. The beef was son tender and flavorful if you like spice ask for level 10. The samosas were good the chutney made it better. Mint lemonade was excellent it reminded me of mint julep from Disney except this was less sweet which is perfect for me. Keep it up y’all“

“Went for Iftar buffet, was surprised to see many items for 16$ only. Biryani, Nihari, karahi Chicken all were good and tasty. They couldn't keep up with refills of Lassi and juices that's why took away 1 star. Overall very satisfied with the food and the price.“
