“The workers at this establishment are absolutely amazing and I’ve given me the best service at a pizza place I’ve ever had, The fact that they’re able to constantly manage everyone while being in such a busy packed room, getting me exactly what I needed when I asked for 3 dressing and a sauce on the side. “Theor pizza is really good. I love their wings. I ordered them extra crispy and they made them perfectly. My son referred me to come here. I didn't even know this gem was so close. I'll be back. However, I tried to find them on social media to post a review and couldn't find them. I think they would get more local traffic if they had a fb and ig page. The owners are super sweet and the food came out perfect.“

“I have been coming here for 45 years and it the best Italian good place around. The three sisters that run it are amazing women that take pride in their work always so uplifting and with a smile on there faces. If you haven’t tried this place what are you waiting for. Get in there and taste everything they have to offer you can’t go wrong with anything you order. And with plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day😀“

“Smallish restaurant with tiny parking lot of about 10 spots shared between 3 businesses. Like the roll up garage door windows, lots of outdoor picnic bench seating under shade canopies (which we couldn't use on this rainy day). Beer selection is pretty good, we had the meat lovers 12 inch pizza and liked the thin crispy crust, a bit skimpy on the toppings but tasty enough.

Parking: I think 10 spots between 3 (?) businesses in this very small strip mini mall.“

“I was very surprised by this place and its food. The calamari was fried just perfect and the Greek Salad was wonderful which had just enough feta cheese unlike other places.

The manager on Friday was very welcoming to our group of 10 and very accommodating, he also personally took care of us. We sat outside on the picnic tables, the evening weather was just perfect and the music was jamming.

Our group will definitely be returning for another fun evening. 🍕🥗🍺“

“Amazing zaa!!! Classic style with great flavors. Definitely recommend this hole in the wall. Had their meat lovers XL, BBQ Chicken L, both cooked to perfection 💯 and an order of wings, that were actually overcooked, but the zaa definitely made up for it! Will definitely return!!“

“Best pizza ever, in the top 3! I have eaten at one of the top 10 in the USA, and URBN should be there! It is thin crust, so very easy to fold, which you have to because the slices are large. It is coal fired, so the crust is oh so slightly burned which is a must! I can not stress how awesome it is! Fantastic crust, and red sauce. I can not count the number of times I have eaten here. I only get the pepperoni. The only thing missing is a pinball machine and juke box! Small but have never had to wait for a place to sit. I am guessing there are 10-12 tables, and a large table in the back to accommodate a group of 10 and maybe more. A large pie will feed 3 adults.“

“We heard about thos place from a neighbor and we received something in the mail that peak our interest. We noticed that had the pepperonis that curl up to form a cup. I asked our neighbor and he raved how good it was. To make sure to get there best pizza they are known for. That was the Ultatimate Magnifico. So we headed our way to go get it. The place was clean. Nice little bench to sit and wait. We met the staff and were extremely friendly. While we ordered and looked at the menu. They gave us recommendations. We had the pleasure to have Thomas checked us out. He made the experience extremely enjoyable. It felt genuine and real. There's something about pizzerias when they have that real pizza joint vibe. Thomas recommended other pizzas to try next time. Once we got home. The pizza looked exactly like the pictures. You can tell be the ingredients they use when it's so favorable. From the crust to the sausages. The pepperonis were the best! We legitimately felt full after two slices. It was such a treat! If your an Oceanside local. This place has to be on your radar. “The owner Louie is incredibly kind. He is not only attentive, but he is clearly passionate about making sure customers come in happy and leave satisfied. We had issues with coupons and he was more than helpful in making sure we were taken care of. When we had an issue, he reached out personally to fix the problem. The pizza itself was extremely delicious. We got 2 small pizzas and both were delicious. Crust is fluffy yet crispy, they were cheesy with just the right amount of sauce. Ranch on the side was a large portion and delicious. We came in hoping for a good experience and left having one better than expected. Thank you, Louie! Your pizza spot is a total gem.“

“We had a luncheon here after my husband’s funeral. We booked a banquet room for 75-100 people. Gwen was amazing! The room, the tables, service, bartender & the food, everything was perfect. We added a few pizzas when we got there & again, it was no problem. This was a really tuff day for our family and friends and Ciao’s team, especially Gwen, helped us to celebrate a beautiful man and a life well lived. Highly recommend for your special event.

“I usually order delivery but ordered through Grubhub due to a work sponsored lunch and was so excited to see Gianni's on Grubhub! I have celiac disease and it is near impossible to find safe celiac options available on delivery apps. I ordered the mini gluten free with a side salad. Absolutely delicious! The owner assured me he would make the pizza to limit/avoid cross contamination even on delivery orders. I highly recommend!! I have never had any issues or had a celiac reaction. Thank you Gianni's Pizza for having safe options for the celiac community!“

The arancini was crisp on the outside with a very thin layer of rice and was oozing with filling of cheese and spinach a the carbonara was perfection with no cream and the creaminess of egg yolks and pasta water.
