Staying at the resort so decided to eat on-site. Waited several minutes in a near empty restaurant and no staff visible before asking the bartender what we had to do to get seated. He left to get someone, who arrived 15 mins later. Poor girl seemed to be working alone - an experienced waitress would be able to manage fine, but she clearly wasn't experienced. Took a long time to get anything. In the end the Food was good, but we won't eat here again.
Recently dined at the Fox Bistro for a birthday dinner and was so pleasantly surprised! Food was delicious and creative, including a lovely, complimentary birthday dessert! Service was friendly, competent and unhurried. Very happy we decided to celebrate there.

We ate here while staying at Casa del Zorro resort. Prices are high as expected for a resort restaurant, especially in a remote location where they have to truck everything in, but aside from that, we had a great meal: lentil soup, pasta bolognese, stuffed shells, beef short ribs. The rolls were fresh and piping hot, portions were generous, the short ribs were very tender, and everything was well seasoned without being too salty.
