About Fosters Freeze
Fosters Freeze Reviews
best fish and chips I've ever had since I had them in New Zealand. if you don't understand that, I mean they were the greatest in America. Thin crust nice and crispy. not greasy and thick crispy crinkle fries were so delicious.
The Foster Freeze in Boulder Creek in the Santa Cruz mountains looked very run down and dirty. Only the "F" was lit up on the sign. It is owned by an Asian family that doesn't know what fast food means. They were so slow at preparing the food and were not wearing mask or gloves and I saw the father rubbing his face with both hands and didn't wash them. So gross. The burgers were cold. I don't recommend this location. What a Real let down.😔
Menu
Fosters Freeze offers classic, made-to-order food with friendly and helpful service. The menu includes favorites like fried zucchini, chili cheese fries, and teriyaki burgers. While the space might need some care, the traditional burger joint atmosphere is loved by many. Customers appreciate the sweet and helpful staff, with top-notch treats like the hot fudge sundae and boss burger. The food is good, with huge portions and reasonable, much lower prices. The burgers are better than large chains, and the onion rings and fries were good. The owners are extremely nice, and the food is always fresh and served incredibly fast. Some customers wished the food's taste was a bit more aggressive, with burgers having a more charcoal broiled flavor, fresher tomatoes, and more savory onions. The restaurant may take a bit of time for orders, but the quality is worth it. The gentleman up front taking orders was super nice and helpful, and they were able to take off nuts and add sprinkles to a strawberry sundae. This is a local, comfort food place. Just watch out for cactus in the parking lot!
