“Once we booked with the Nixon Library, we were given a choice of 2 caterers that we could use. I was a bit worried when I found this out, as I wasn’t sure I wanted to be boxed in with specific vendors. White House catering was by far our favorite choice. Katie was a dream to work with. She answered all of my questions, helped me plan out “Operation Keep Grandma Nice”, and was just a great person to be able to work with. The staff on the day of were fabulous too. The server for our sweetheart table was the sweetest - constantly kept checking in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything, and was always nearby in case we did. They are definitely a well oiled machine, and everything ran extremely well. It is clear that they have this very fine tuned! We attend a childrens party and REDs Pizza was catering. They had a childrens table with individualized pizza making. My children got to create their very own pizza. Once they finished preparing there unique pizzas the chef placed it in the oven and my child's pizza was done in seconds. My children really enjoyed such a hands on experience plus it was delicious!

“Very well made pizza with a crust structure and taste that is above the rest. This is the closest to a brick and mortar setup. Fresh toppings and a variety that is always a good surprise. Pizzas are cranked out timely and hot. Pricing is a bit high, but what good food truck isn't. A better alternative to many other choices. Definitely a great choice.

She took care of all our emails and the billing process with impressive detail. Always friendly and available, it felt like I could reach out anytime without any hassle. On the day of the wedding, the staff who came to serve were phenomenal. They set everything up beautifully, from the hors d'oeuvres to the main buffet, creating a perfect atmosphere for our guests. They were attentive throughout, serving everyone and even cutting our cake for us. When our guests finished eating, they cleared the plates quickly and efficiently, which helped keep everything running smoothly.
