“Like come on who doesn't like pizza?!
We attend a childrens party and REDs Pizza was catering. They had a childrens table with individualized pizza making. My children got to create their very own pizza. Once they finished preparing there unique pizzas the chef placed it in the oven and my child's pizza was done in seconds. My children really enjoyed such a hands on experience plus it was delicious!
I made sure to follow them on their social media because I intend to be a long-term supporter!

“Country Garden Caterers were a great addition to our wedding day! The planning process for our event was smooth thanks to Diana Perkins! She was a rockstar in helping us plan our menu, was very flexible and understanding, and always answered our questions through phone or email with a quick turn around. We ordered the BBQ brisket, Chicken Marsala, and Poached Salmon as our main entrees and they were all amazing! I would highly recommend all three options. Our guests still comment how wonderful the food was.“
“Once we booked with the Nixon Library, we were given a choice of 2 caterers that we could use. I was a bit worried when I found this out, as I wasn’t sure I wanted to be boxed in with specific vendors. White House catering was by far our favorite choice. Katie was a dream to work with. She answered all of my questions, helped me plan out “Operation Keep Grandma Nice”, and was just a great person to be able to work with. The staff on the day of were fabulous too. The server for our sweetheart table was the sweetest - constantly kept checking in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything, and was always nearby in case we did. They are definitely a well oiled machine, and everything ran extremely well. It is clear that they have this very fine tuned! Thank you again for everything and making sure all of our guests were taken care of and well fed! :)“
“Above All Catering was amazing in making our wedding special, and a large part of this was thanks to Alicia. She was communicative and responsive throughout our entire planning process. The whole team was kind in taking time to answer any of our questions at any time. The tasting experience was very pleasant, we loved all the food (they let us take the rest home). On the day of, their service was professional and smooth, their team did an amazing job leading the buffet station. Our guests made several comments throughout the night about how much they enjoyed the mushroom fajitas, they were so tasty! We also specially requested horchata and agua de jamaica which were wonderful beverage additions loved by many of our guests. Above All Catering was recommended as a preferred vendor by our venue and remained the only catering option that was explicitly accommodating of a fully vegetarian/vegan menu as well as many dietary restrictions for our guests (gluten free and nut free options) which was extremely important to us. We're grateful for their part in our special day!“

“I celebrated my 60th birthday few weeks ago and I can’t recommended it enough. Great location, beautiful inside, outside area is very clean, plenty of parking and very private. The food was great and believe me you will not be disappointed. The staff was very nice and easy to work with in particular the two ladies that worked with me and help me to put together my party in a short period of time, Roberta and Sandra….Roberta in particular has a good sense when it comes to ideas to decorate… you just need to tell her what theme you want for your party and she make sure that everything goes accordingly to your taste. She listened and within your ideas and her inputs I can guarantee you that everything will come out BEAUTIFUL. My theme was “Havana Night “ and everything came out better than I expected…So if you look for a place to have fun and created memories that will last forever, I would highly recommended this place !!“

“We’ve been guests at several Canyon Catering events, so I was very comfortable choosing them for our Graduation Luncheon. It was a small event-40 guests, we chose a cold deli menu, so only needed delivery and setup. Working with Maggie was excellent; she answered all of my questions and put me at ease. The delivery and setup went very well. Everyone at CC is so pleasant and friendly, and does their job well. All of our wrap sandwiches were delicious 😋 and the salads so fresh and attractive. The food was delicious and mouthwatering, the food came out hot and fresh - guests could not stop raving about the food. Even my vendors said the vendor meals were delicious! During the food tasting I told him we wanted our walnut prawns with more sauce and he put lots of that delicious mayo sauce. The lobster garlic noodles was my favorite dish!
Tim also provided rentals for us - stage, dance floor, chairs. The stage, dance floor, and chairs made the entire ballroom look so dreamy, romantic, and whimsical. I even changed my mind last minute for the chair colors and he was super accommodating

Communication and service was great and they easily accommodated to our needs for the menu (I spoke mainly in Korean with them). And the food was delicious!! I would cater from them again!!“

“The eggrolls here is one of the best eggrolls I had eaten. I had been a customer for over 20 years and each time I ordered I had not been disappointed. The eggrolls are crunchy and delicious to eat when they are hot.
The service most of the time is great. The owner is friendly. They mostly speak Vietnamese but the helper speaks Spanish.“

“Dining in the courtyard is relaxing, and I enjoyed the mariachis.
Several large groups (8-18 people) had arrived before me and there was a wait while they were seated. I'm patient so wasn't a problem. There's a short wait for your made-to-order omelet. Delicious, huge, and worth it.

Some items do run low towards the end of the service hours. Grab the flan bites when you see them.

Christina and her team are wonderful at creating or enhancing a theme with both their food choices and the props used in their presentation. They will also handle all aspects of you event if you need compete event planning. You will not be disappointed. They also offer pickup meal services - try one of their signature Wellingtons. Yummy!“
