Colette, Janze, and the entire team here are nothing short of amazing! The entire experience -- the food tasting, their frequent and detailed emails, the staff on the day of -- was impeccablee. As a planner, I appreciate vendors like them SO MUCH. And my clients couldn't stop raving about their food and service as well!

If you're in SoCal, Colette's Catering & Events is the ONLY caterer and event planner you should be using! I used to work with Colette Coffman and she is one of the most talented, gifted and wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with... Trust me, a chef for over 35 years... She's the best!
We used Colette's for the catering of our son's rehearsal dinner at The French Estate. It was a magical night. We had passed appetizers, incredibly delicious buffet with salmon, chimichuri steak, and lemon chicken, delicious mini deserts (chocolate cakes and lemon tarts), a beautiful cocktail station with lemonade and ice tea and mocktail and coffee.
