I ordered the Green Tea Snow with Oreos, Strawberries & Popping Boba combination. I loved it. I also ordered the Pistachio & Matcha Green Tea Macarons & the Milk Tea. “This is an excellent alternative to Melo Melo literally it tastes the same but the refrigeration system here works a lot better so it's actually cold and not borderline room temperature like it is at Melo Melo. The only downside is the flavor selection here isn't as great so I hope they have more in the future and the place smells kind of stuffy and funny“

We've been coming here for maybe 2 years now. The service is always great, friendly cashier(don't want to spell her name incorrectly), and quality is superb. The ambiance is nice, very quiet and peaceful atmosphere, great study place. The food is so good, the teriyaki plate and the spam masubis are amazing. The desserts are always delicious, especially if you're craving something sweet. They have many small pastries to chose from. The drinks are amazing as well, they recently added new drinks and the premium matcha is amazing. There's plenty of drinks to choose from: hot/cold teas, hot/cold coffee, slushes, and of course a choice to add boba. For sure give this place a try, they have lots of options to pick from.“

“Decided to get a snowman macaroon while wandering in downtown Disney. It was the perfect flavor of vanilla and peppermint, and almost too cute to eat! Craving these super addictive Croffles? Try these waffle croissant desserts from @crofflehousela ?? They come sweet or savory. We tried their Fruity Pebbles and Oreo - customer favorites! The perfect snack!

I was looking forward to it having a stick with the Croffles, like the pictures and videos I’d seen but we got it without it. They are topped with Thrifty ice cream so you have to be quick to eat because it starts melting. When people take it to go, the croffles are packed separately to put together at home. The croffle can be put in an air fryer or toaster oven to warm up and get the crispiness.

They are only open on Sundays 12-5pm inside of Luv 4 Nutrition, which is why it took me so long to try this place. From seeing the videos, I was looking forward to trying it! I love the vibrant orange wall, which brightens up the room. There are plenty of tables and chairs.

I was disappointed to not be able to try more flavors, which weren’t available. I spoke with Cece about some new things she has in the works and I think it’s going to be great to draw more people in. I think Croffle House has a lot of potential and I look forward to seeing the next level that Cece takes it to!“

“After dinner, my daughter introduced me Overflo . This is trendy eatery inside the Source OC offering grab-and-go waffles, and ice cream.
We ordered matcha ice cream, I was expecting a full matcha soft ice cream, not a matcha topping on a white ice cream. For the price, it should be a real full matcha but maybe it’s the way is it for this place . The cup is kind of small, but great for sharing if you're not up for eating the whole thing after dinner .

Had some trouble with the application process due to my name change and Sandra was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! She has such a beautiful personality and is so supportive and professional. As far as the community, so far so good. Ive seen the many negative reviews but they are outdated. It's pretty clean. Laundry room is clean and the machines actually work. Overall clean in the amenities. The weekend is actually quiet and peaceful! When walking the community the grassy areas are actually clean. People here actually pick up after their dogs ,that's kind of a hard one to find.“
