I tried the cinnamon and coconut ones — absolutely amazing, they just melt in your mouth. The staff is friendly, the music is calm, and the place is clean and welcoming. “Went into Crumbl tonight and when I walked in the first employee didn’t greet us or even make eye contact, but the girl worker in the back I believe making the cookies with super short hair was the sweetest and her customer service was top tier.“

“This location is my go-to store, and the customer service is always warm and welcoming from the moment we arrive. The staff greet my family and me as soon as we walk in, and there’s never a long wait for our order to be completed. They also take pride in their work by having me check the order before leaving to ensure everything is correct and well presented.“

“I went in on Tuesday, the new owners were in back of me. I was telling the cashier how disappointed my daughter was, we came in on monday and it was closed. Everything feels fresh and high-quality. It’s rare to find such a gems that stays consistent. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!“

“This place is an alternative for melo melo. Quality wise and taste wise for the jelly are as good as melo melo. One thing I don’t like is the egg waffle because it wasnt not crispy. Other than that, everything’s good. Lots of parking. Service by server are friendly and didn’t take too long to get my food.“

“This is an excellent alternative to Melo Melo literally it tastes the same but the refrigeration system here works a lot better so it's actually cold and not borderline room temperature like it is at Melo Melo. The only downside is the flavor selection here isn't as great so I hope they have more in the future and the place smells kind of stuffy and funny“

The ube croissant and the banana pudding were absolutely delicious 😋! By the way, thank you for the tiny croissants with chocolate cream. My family absolutely loved them. We definitely will come again.“

“I brought my whole family to Cafe 86 and we had such a great experience! I love how spacious the café is, it made it really comfortable for a group visit. The menu is a perfect fusion of Filipino and American flavors, and everything just works so well together.

The customer service was fast and efficient, even with how busy it was. My absolute favorite dessert is the ube tres leches, so rich and flavorful! For drinks, I highly recommend the peach mango green tea, which is exclusive to Cafe 86 and definitely a must-try.

Overall, it’s a great spot to bring family and friends. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“First time trying Sul & Beans today with hubby and daughter. I've had shaved ice plenty of times before, but I'd never had it Korean-style! We are definitely coming back because there are so many flavors to try! Service was super quick, and everything was delicious! Big thumbs up!“

“Get the antarctic drink and the little cheese that looks like mouse cheese but is actually cheesecake. Amazing drinks and desserts that have little novelty accents that make great treats or gifts. I treat my teen daughter to this place when I want to reward her. We love it. There's also a cool chill spot when you walk in...bleachers to enjoy your drink and chat.“

“Me and my family tried this spot after watching a movie and it was really good I got the s'mores my wife got the red velvet and my son got the cookies and cream 5/5 definitely recommend!!!! Alot of ice cream for the price too and the flavor was spot on not too sweet just perfect especially the ratio of ice cream to candy in it was perfect“

“The person working on 4/2 was so friendly and helpful. I'm impressed by her efficiency when she has to run the register and make all the drinks! Thank you for also thoughtfully splitting our shake into two for us. I'm happy we stopped into this place and highly recommend the leche flan shake“

“We lived here for a few years and truly enjoyed our time. One of the things we appreciated most was the sense of community. Our neighbors were respectful, friendly, and we all kind of looked out for each other. Even in shared spaces like the laundry room, people were always considerate, which made a big difference in day-to-day living.

We originally chose this apartment because of the price and convenient location, and it definitely delivered on both. It was especially great being so close to work and school, which made our routine much easier.

At one point, we had a concern about possible rodents coming from the nearby trees during the colder months after noticing droppings near one of our cars. As soon as we reached out to the leasing office, they responded right away. They placed traps around the parking area and even gave us helpful tips to prevent the issue moving forward.

Overall, we had a very positive experience living here. If it weren’t for a job change requiring us to move, we would have happily stayed longer.“

“red chili is my sunday spot, it’s cozy, flavorful, and consistently hits the mark. the stir-fried string beans are punchy and perfectly blistered, the pickled chili fish is sour and spicy in all the right ways, and the pork belly is so tender it barely holds together (in a good way). i also love ordering a few cold dishes to balance things out. the tripe with chili oil has this addictive chew and numbing heat.
