About Katsu Bar

Katsu Bar offers a casual yet tasty dining experience with a variety of delicious options. The milk bread is soft and pairs well with the crunchy katsu. Customers enjoy dishes like the strawberry sando, which is fluffy and lightly sweet, and the curry udon with chicken katsu, a popular choice. The crispy katsu is always satisfying, and the menu includes fried options such as mushroom, chicken, pork, and shrimp. Korean snacks like Dukbokki, mandoo, and yumi pockets are also available, adding to the variety. The restaurant features a craft soda fountain, creating a fun atmosphere. The inside may seem quiet at first but quickly fills up, with plenty of tables and chairs for sitting and enjoying the food. Service is attentive, and the place is clean and inviting. Parking can be challenging, but the friendly staff and tasty food make it worth visiting often. Overall, Katsu Bar is a great spot for quick, tasty katsu and unique sides, especially for those wanting to try something different from typical Hawaiian BBQ options.

Is this wait time for real? 🤯 This place is known for selling the most Katsu in California, and even during the lunch rush, the line just doesn’t stop. The thick Japanese-style pork cutlet bursting out of the bread is seriously next level! 🥪 One bite, and it’s perfectly crispy until the very end—no greasiness at all. Pair it with the colorful Tofu Pockets, and it’s a total game changer!
Phenomenal food, the katsu is always crispy and never soggy. I felt like the wait time is reasonable since they are cooking everything fresh the moment you order your food.
I just hit up Katsu Bar and honestly, the food was insane. The vibe is super chill and modern, I think it’s perfect for a quick lunch or a casual hangout. Plus, they have plenty of free parking in the lot, which is such a win for this area.

The service was good, everyone was so friendly and the food came out fast. If you're looking for some serious comfort food with a twist, you have to try these.
