I was in the drive thru and wasn’t quite sure what to order when I finally got my turn to order Daniel allowed me to ask for recommendations on drinks and food. The line was long before me and starting to fill again behind me. He waited for me to provide my order and when arriving at the window still had the same kind and respectful personality as well. One of the best Taco Bell experiences in a while.
I received EXCELLENT customer service from Robert when I went through the drive-thru !
I recently went to this location and wanted to take the time to thank and highlight *Daniel* at the window who took my order. He was super kind and provided great customer service, his tone was friendly and he was patient as well while I looked at the menu and had a couple of questions. All of that stands out in a world of declining customer service.
I will be going back to this specific Taco Bell just based off the excellent customer service from Daniel!!!
