“definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed“

“It would've been a perfect review, but the electronic tablet they expected you to order/pay from was super dirty. After we complained about it, the hostess just wiped it off, and it was still super dirty with finger prints all over it, and they expected you to order and pay from these dirty things. SMH. Other than that, service and food were good.“

“I was here midweek for lunch and it was like a ghost town. The salad special was fine but I noticed it was much smaller portion than the full salad breadsticks were okay. That could have been a little bit softer. Tortilla soup was not something. I'll order again. The melted cheese doesn't work right in a soup“

“I wanted to update my review.11/24/24.. what a big difference a good manager makes. I complimented him when there last time but it is a well run location now. Everyone working hard. Food was done on point and the manager was seen every where. Hands on. Compliments! Can totally notice the change ..........(this was my orginal review 7 years ago).
Service was slow by the servers... the hostess was working hard. She was running around doing all diffetent tasks including straightening the messy restroom. Our server was not attentive at all. ... will be awhile before going back.. floor manager was out of site.“

“As expected, this Chick-fil-A was very busy. The drive-thru was packed, so we decided to go inside, only to find it just as crowded, but the wait was shorter than it would have been outside, which was a plus. The interior was clean, and the staff, as always, was friendly. I enjoyed my usual chicken sandwich with cheese, or sometimes the Cobb salad with avocado dressing. The lemonade here is fantastic! Overall, it was a good experience.“
