Starbucks in Brea

“This location is the closest to my work so I visit during my lunch break, almost daily and typically between 11a-12p, to grab a cold brew. We brew coffee at work, but the cold brew and the consistent experience I receive makes it worth the trip. The staff is engaging and friendly, the manager seems to be more involved in operations than others i've seen and shows initiative to develop relationships with customers to set expectations for others, and the store is consistently clean. Definitely worth a stop.“

“I love this Starbucks go here every morning. Everyone is usually really friendly. I gave it 4 stars because today had my first unfriendly encounter. Typically I wouldn't take the time to do this but it really bothered me. Aaron was really rude so much so another customer asked me what had happened. I think he needs to be trained in customer service!“

“Had an Amazing experience with Isabel this evening. I Was there about 5:08pm I originally wanted a bagel but she explained very nicely that at that location they didn't have bagels. So I ordered a grande hot chocolate with almond milk. It tasted absolutely Amazing!!!?she told me I could use my Stars for the almond milk, which I didn't know. Isabel is a very kind, Courteous Barista. Starbucks needs more Baristas like her.Thank you so much!!!??“

“It's frustrating when you think you have the drive through Teller's attention He's multitasking. You're giving him your order. And he wasn't even listening, so now you gotta repeat it again. Then a female comes on and you have to give it a third time manager train your people. How to focus and multitask“
