I rarely eat Chinese food because it's not my top favorite but today is Christmas and nowhere else to go, only this Chinese restaurant opened on Christmas. Surprisingly the food was great, not oily or salty like other Chinese restaurants. They have a large menu with hundreds of options. The Singapore style noodle was not soggy or oily, it's perfectly cooked and seasoned. The chow fun was good with tons of meat. The orange chicken might need more sauce next time, just...
