Food is good though tastes drab. service is slow. Staff are not very friendly. You need to order at the counter. No cutleries are laid out on the table. You need to demand for anything starting from cutleries, pepper n salt, ketch up or napkins. Salad bar is there. Games consoles on payment available for kids. Ample parking space available. Personal touch is lacking and that is glaringly reflecting!

I've loved Straw Hat Pizza since they were at the old County East Mall. The owner supports local High School sports and I've never had a bad experience here. From the Mall location as a kid, to the old Delta Fair and Buchanan Road location, to the newest location have all been great. The service has always been amazing and the Hot Hat lunch deal is a great price. The place is a great size and a chill vibe. If you love pizza definitely give Straw Hat a visit. They have...

Straw Hat pizza is a great place to eat, sports, or business meetings in their banquet room. Unlimited salad bar per paying customer orders. Lunch deals are the best - mini pizza (two topping) extra topping cost more, unlimited salad, and a fountain drink. The owner has a vendor trailer for a large event elsewhere. Come check it out. Watch sport if you want to.
