This is an amazing Egyptian Cuisine, very authentic and they infuse the Mediterranean cuisine into it in a seamless way. The Squab plate is one of the best I ever had and one of the best executed dishes ever. The Mumbar which is another Egyptian delicacy kind of an Egyptian Boudin was spot on . The kunfah with Ashta and the UM Ali were made fresh to order and were an ultimate dessert for a sumptuous meal.
