A staff member wearing a brown shirt (possibly a manager) was extremely helpful and made sure I got my order smoothly. I really appreciate his kindness and patience! I didn’t catch his name, but I just wanted to say thank you for the great service.“
“Just left this location. Staff is great service is good. Even when they have an ignorant as customer demanding them to have their stuff ready the instant it’s ordered &when it’s not the customer wants to negotiate getting more than what they paid. The staff definitely has patience.“
“I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience really stood out in a bad way. I visited Buena Park McDonald’s recently, and while the food was standard and service time was okay, I was shocked to hear loud swearing and inappropriate conversations coming from the employees in the back. It was extremely unprofessional, especially in a family-friendly place where kids are present.
Everyone deserves to let off steam at work, but there’s a time and place—and loudly dropping F-bombs within earshot of customers is not it. I hope management addresses this, because it reflects poorly on the brand and the experience.“
