Haven’t been to Miss Shabu in a minute, let’s see what’s new. Got there around 5:30 pm on Saturday, no wait, got seated quick. They got a bar area now instead of bringing veggies...hot food bar too, but mostly empty. Took forever to refill stuff. That’s when it went downhill. Tteokbokki? Sugar overload. Japchae noodles? Mushy, jello vibes. Chicken? Flavorless. Only thing keeping me sane...hot pot. Could be better, but not a total miss.

Amazing Shabu Shabu Experience!
I visited this shabu shabu restaurant last week, and it was incredible!

They offer 7 flavorful soup bases bone broth, spicy seafood, sukiyaki, miso, kombu, house broth, and beef broth.

There are 10 types of meat and 10 kinds of seafood, plus the self-service bar is packed with so many options I couldn’t even count them all. Fresh ingredients, amazing sauces, and side dishes galore!

All-you-can eat meats brought to your table. But the selection of vegetables and other foods, including spices and sauces are in a self-serve area within easy reach. The supply is frequently replenished. Great place for those who have time to thoroughly enjoy the food and the process. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Great, friendly and helpful table staff.
