Genuine Japanese Ramen with rich Miso taste. No other ramen shops serve this taste and only one in SoCal. It’s worth to spend your time to go to this place if you are Ramen Lover!
Now they start serving Shio-Ramen (Clear Salt base soup) with Truffle oil flavor. This one is very good, too!
This last trip was my second time there and it was just as good as the first time! I had the Red Ramen and it was very savory! The chashu was very tender and they give you pretty big pieces too! I love the bigger noodles you get here, throw in some chili oil and it's to die for!
