I was a little hesitant to try this place because of some of the other reviews, but I was craving seolleongtang so I decided to go for it. I was really pleasantly surprised! There was a good amount of brisket and glass noodles in the soup, the rice was fluffy and sticky, and it came with two types of kimchi. This place is a great option. I've been couple times for the malatang and cockle bibimbap. 1. It's pretty awesome they offer cockle bibimbap. I don't think I've found a place that sells this since I left Korea decades ago LOL its one of my favorite proteins so brownie points there. 2. Their malatang is pretty good, I'm a big fan of numbing spicy and I did find their mala to be not as spicy but still pretty good. First time visiting The Source and the menu of this fast food restaurant in the 3rd floor food court immediately caught my eye. I ordered the steak tartare and it was one of the best things I ate during my short visit here. It’s a large bowl of seasoned julienned beef that is eaten over rice and bean sprouts.
