I got the whitefish salad bagel (closed) and it was so delicious and packed!!! It’s definitely worth the price that’s for sure. Fair pricing overall. Lots of street parking but not very many actual seating so just be wary. Would 100% come back“

“Probably top 3 bagels I’ve ever had in my life. And I LOVE a NY bagel. I got the rosemary and seal salt bagel with lox, bean sprouts, tomatoes, and eggs and it was absolutely fantastic. “Now I love me some bagels. I eat bagels several times in a week. I walked by this place and I said let me look at the menu. The prices seemed pretty good. Then I couldn’t even decide what I wanted because it all looked so darn delicious. People kept trickling in and I’m like oh shoot this place is busy. It was around lunchtime. I was greeted every employee in there seemed super happy with smiles on their face like they loved their jobs. They all worked fast. There was about four or five people making bagels stocking everything and just doing their job very thoroughly. But I will say this if you’re not a bagel fan come here and it will change your mind from how they pair their sauces, meats, eggs, veggies everything altogether you will fall in love with this place. The tomatoes, cucumbers and onions, the quality of the smoked salmon, and the beautiful fruit bagels with the freshest fruit and wonderful flavor combinations like adding honey to it are THE BEST. “Its tasty. Ingredients are fresh. I got the one with cream cheese and salmon. The amount of salmon was laughable paper thin pieces, but the entire sandwich tasted good. The portion is basically two big half bagels. The dough is not doughy and doesnt stand out like at Noah's. The tomatoes are really tasty and meaty. With a can of soda I ended up paying $23 which is kinda hurtful lol. The place is pretty small but they have a small curbside seating area. The play neutral music and the service was fast. I haven't been to the dad's deli, Langer's in decades, and forgot what a good pastrami tastes like - only Langer and his daughter do it right, and on the best rye bread in town. So so so worth every penny of a sandwich. No other deli compares. Only note would be a nicer or more comfy eat-in vibe.“

“This is a tiny no frills kind of spot, a one man operation but he got us all in and out in no time. Coffee is delicious and the bagels pressed on a grill are excellent. Can’t beat the price, only one table outside the shop so be prepared to take your sandwich to go.“

“My husband and I just bought a house in the neighborhood and were looking for a place to grab a quick sandwich and pastry before going to our closing meeting.

The two young women working inside were SO welcoming. Truly, you would think they knew we were soon to be neighbors to the store. The ambiance inside is clean and bright, with a well-stocked display case of fresh donuts near the counter and several coolers of various beverages (a good selection, too) across from it.

Our order was VERY freshly made and prepared quickly. We also ordered a freshly squeezed orange juice and a cup of drip coffee and took it to go. The sizes of the sandwiches are very generous (pics don’t do it justice, but I’m only holding HALF in the photo) and it was so tasty! Fresh, crisp, and flavorful.

This donut stop is a MUST. New to the area, so not sure if it’s the norm, but any New Yorkers should get bodega vibes from this stop. Will absolutely be making this a regular stop for my family.“

“They were sold out of some of the popular specialty donuts but the food and coffee was good. The prices have increased and are not as low as $1.25 per donut. Everything has understandably increased in price. The donuts all start at $2.00.“

They open at 4 AM and close at 8 PM, everyone had something different, and we all agreed, that donut Donut Den has the best donuts that you have ever eaten in your life! “8/30/2025 - The WICHES ON WILSHIRE in KTown has been in business since 2014 and expanded from a TOGO small store to a bigger new store one year ago with specialization on tasteful fresh sandwiches. The Signature Cold Sandwich Mama Mia with Ciabatta bread is tasty and doughy (5 stars). The Salmon Bagel with Jalapeno Cheese is also 5 stars with memorable tasting experience with a perfect combination as a whole. The Green Theory Salad is fresh and tasty. The creamy tomato soup is excellent with creamy thick soup along with tiny sweet and spicy taste!“

I will say that sometimes they don’t carry their entire menu, which can be a little sad. However I think that that really speaks to have fresh their baked goods are. Really great staff too. They only take card, but there is an atm in the store.“

The art and the ambience really call to me and I have to give it a high recommendation without even talking about the drinks and food yet. On that note, I had pupusas and two lattes, one of which was a mazapan latte and the other was the horchata latte. I loved the fact that you could choose your own design on the latte. The mazapan latte, literally had such a nostalgic feel because it tastes exactly like the de la rosa candy. As for the horchata latte, you can never go wrong with that. It was very sweet, with that coffee undertone to make a great balance. I genuinely recommend visiting this spot because if you are in the mood for good vibes and good times!“
