the food is awesome and the ambient. workers are very nice and efficient.
I go to this pollo loco often. The food is almost always great, on rare occasions Iv e received overcooked dry chicken but overall good.
I recently ordered a 16 piece family meal and the tortillas and one of my sides were missing. I called multiple times and let it ring for long periods of time with no luck and that is why I gave it 3 stars.

I dislike how the focus on everyone is to move the drive thru orders out first. Walk in to go orders and dine in get treated as if time was not an issue. There should be someone dedicated to specifically putting together the to go orders and dine in orders to move everything along evenly and not as it currently sits where they only make orders if the drive thru is empty.
