“Brunch here was lovely!
All the seafood, in particular, was quite good.
Vegan options were nice as well.
One small suggestion would be to toast the muffins under the benedict more so they don't get too soggy.“

“True to its roots, quality service and excellent flavor. To sum it up, “don’t judge a book by its cover.” The place is easily missed by the looks of the street, but hidden within lies delicious and affordable plates that bring the best of Mexican culinary arts. If the drive from home was not this far, I would be here daily. Parking in the back is free while front parking charges per hour using meter. Clean environment and restrooms.
If you are ever in Downtown or in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t regret it!“

“What a Lovely surprise ! We saw it on the way and decided to stop by. The team mostly composed by female chefs was very kind and helpful and the food they make is just delicious. The fries were one of the best fries I’ve had in LA and topped with cheese and Birria it was just heaven 👌“

“We had an awesome time here!
Great tap list for the beers:
We had the Trejo's Cerveza (chosen by us, you have to have the house beer!), Pizza Port Sharkbite and Stone Fear DIPA (selected for us by our server Tyler to help round out pur flight) and each brew was fantastic and complemented the other.
We came in during happy hour and got all three flavors of street taco (chicken tinga, beef barbacoa, and mushroom asada). All were delicious! We also had an order of the nachos (no add-ons), which were very tasty and well-made (crisp, not soggy, but still with plenty of cheese, veggies, crema, etc.)
Definitely a great lunch stop while we were here in LA, with immediate seating and a very short wait for food. Definitely give them a try when you can. Tyler and the rest of the wait staff were awesome, so happy they were part of our trip!“

“Wow the food here is amazing. Just ordered Postmates and it was probably the best kosher food I’ve ever had. I’ve been eating Lenny’s all these years, thinking they’re the best, but I was wrong. Sweet and spizy is definitely better. The meat is spectacular. Flavorful but not oily and salty like Lenny’s. I wish I knew about them earlier. Going to spread the word forsure. Also the portions are very generous! They put a lot of meat and don’t cheap out. Highly highly recommend! Will definitely be a regular from now on.“

“Finally tried LA tacos here. I got the 3 vegan taco options, mushroom, jackfruit, and cauliflower. I enjoyed all 3 but the jackfruit was my favorite. It was a flavor bomb 🔥. They all had a unique flavor. I would highly recommend tr try one the trio. I also got a side of beans. They were “ok”, not tender or tasty enough for my preferences but I did finish them all.“
“The banana cream pie here is the best I've ever had! During the holidays it's best that you pre order. The line goes down the block. I was sad to see that they were closed at 8:55pm when google says they close at 10pm. The chicken pot pie was a little watery for me. But I still give 4 stars because the banana cream pie is bomb!“
“Amazing service and food was very good. We got the steak frites, brussels sprouts, and the crispy rice salad. Steak was cooked to perfection, all around a solid place. The music is up beat and fun, love the lighting and ambience, a good time overall.“

“I first discovered Javier's years ago at the Cabo Azul Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The food was amazing then and still doesn't disappoint. The Century City location is nice but the downtown location in my opinion feels more “posh” and elegant. The private rooms are beautiful! Great food, great service, and great for large groups and families. This place is not for someone on a budget!! Just sayin'....You're gonna pay but it's worth it. Valet will run you about $25-$30. More in the evening and if there's an event downtown. If you're looking for an “experience” this is your spot!“

“I’ve been here a few times. It’s my favorite Mexican food and margaritas in Beverly Hills, alongside their other one just south of Wilshire. Appreciate the vegan options too.“
