I am from the Sacramento area and I arranged a team dinner here, I was in correspondence with Jenny the whole time. Initially, I made a reservation for 35 people, in the end it was closer to 60. This is the best ramen I've ever had. They use actual ramen eggs here rather than soft boiled and they obviously put a ton of care into their chashu. I love that they offer chicken wontons and added to the ramen, they basically become soup dumplings and they are DELICIOUS. Noodles were perfect, not over-done, but not under, just barely al dente. My wife wasn't feeling well and was in the mood for some ramen, one of the spots we often go to, Totoro, is closed on Monday, so onto Yelp app for some advice. Placed order online for pickup, it was almost ready when I got there. We were both very happy with our orders, plenty for each of us, and quite tasty.
