Jack in the Box in Calimesa

“Went to the JIB in Beaumont for the free jumbo jack when the LA Dodgers get 7 strike outs or more. Was told they are not participating in the promo( even though I got 3 free jumbo Jack's on Sunday) But I was told they are participating in the 2 free tacos when the LA Lakers win. Picture is of the sign right before you order on drive through. So went to another JIB and they honored it. So JIB very non communication with the stores.“

“I ordered chicken teriyaki bowl combo thru the appsBut for some reason it doesn't have the option to get egg rolls as the sideIt was supposed to come with eggroll.It doesn't have eggroll on the menu for this location.I don't know why.But if choose another location it does have an option of eggroll for the side.I emailed to customer service 2x but never get reply at all.The service on drive thru is also slow.I have 2 cars in front of me but it takes 20 mins for me just to get into the window“
