“Really good sushi house, the fish was fresh and delicious. The servers were not very attentive, but not so much so that it made it a bad experience. Just maybe if they had more clearly defined roles. Like this person was getting the drinks, this person picked up your order, etc. We kept having people come to the table and ask the same thing as someone else just asked. But in my opinion that isnt always a bad thing.“

“A restaurant we stopped by on the way from LA to the Grand Canyon! Maybe it's a local restaurant, but there are a lot of local customers. The store is clean and the raw fish is fresh, so it seems like a good place to stop by while traveling.“

“They have a good deal where you get 2 rolls for $19 but the selection is a little limited compared to other sushi places that have a similar deal. Simple, clean, and open atmosphere which is an upgrade from what it was before. They could definitely use some help with the customer service aspect, the asian lady is rude and never smiles. I've been here a few times now and every time it seems like she's having a bad day. The other girls that work there are great have way better customer service, they should train her on how to smile once in a while.“

“Without a doubt this is the best sushi I’ve had in the IE! The ingredients were utterly fresh and everything melted in our mouths!
They’ve got a great selection of beers, Sapporo, Kirin Ichiban, Orion and Asahi, and a dozen or so delicious rolls to choose from!
Our favorite was the yellow tale, it was the most simple roll we ordered, which let the flavor of the fish shine. But everything was excellent!

“This Saturday I came to this location for my first time, and must I say it was an extraordinary experience. Out of all the sushi restaurants I’ve visited over countless years this one has by far, had the best customer service. There was a female server aswell as this younger boy and they were extremely kind and friendly. The food made by the shared chefs was absolutely delicious as well. Overall a wonderful experience.“

“This place is a-mazing! As we walked in we were immediately welcomed by friendly staff and were seated quickly. We ordered an array of unique and amazingly delicious sushi. This sushi chef has been here for over 30 years making delicious delicacies. You can immediately tell the love and care put into each dish. They are works of art. Wow. If I could, I would leave 10 stars. This is truly a hidden gem. They also gave us a complimentary dish, which was just a huge bonus. I highly recommend eating here and bringing your family. “Ono has always been a reliable food option. The food is tasty and we love that they offer steamed veggies.

At this location parking was easy and seating plenty. Food came out fast and delicious. I’m glad I’m able to substitute the rice for Mac salad since I like their Mac salad. We enjoyed the Hawaiian beef and chicken katsu. The portion is pretty big for what you pay for.“
