We stayed in room 116 and the water pressure for the shower was nonexistent. It was as if you held up a garden hose and let it trickle down. I also noticed on our comforter, there was a brown stain (looked like chocolate? i hope)
We arrived late on Friday due to the long drive and they gave clear instructions for the room key. However the following 2 days, the staff at the front desk was half the time not there or really didn't acknowledge us when we returned...

We stayed here for 6 nights and were happy with the staff, who were very nice, welcoming, and helpful, but sadly less than happy with the room and facilities.
The “& spa” is to be taken very lightly. There is one massage therapist whose availability is obviously limited, and there is nothing else really to describe as a spa. That was a big bummer.
The room rates reflect luxury but the room we had was the biggest and theoretically one...

The drive was a bit longer than expected, and we arrived around 8pm. When checking in, the concierge informed me that my reservation was for the night BEFORE, not that night.
