It had been a long time since I was able to get one. Josh's wife also makes some great vegan pastries. I highly recommend you stop by here if you are visiting Cambria!“

“The eggplant parmesan was delicious! The restaurant makes their own vegan cashew cheese, and it is rich, creamy, and flavorful. So much better than the fake options usually available. My husband had the same dish with chicken and real cheese. He loved his as well! Any restaurant that can mail a vegan dish and a meat dish… well, that’s a treat!!!“
