“This was my third time at the restaurant and this time I dined in. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. They were able to answer my questions about the different types of cuisine, including vegan and gluten-free options. - I originally wanted to get the lox and bagel, but the cream cheese was dairy-based. It would be awesome if you would consider carrying a plant-based cream cheese for this dish. - Instead, made a selection of the veggie wrap. I appreciated that they put the sauce on the side. I ate the entire thing, even though it was massive. The whole time I was able to sit and look out over at Morro rock. A very peaceful and quiet ambience. - Normally, I get a juice, but this time I enjoyed a mint tea steamer... Also known as a London fog with mint tea and thought it was prepared quite nicely. I will definitely be returning to this spot and I may get the wrap again. Yum!“
“This is a small quaint little pizza shop. Looks to be a mom and pop place. I love the crust and pepperoni but I could barely taste the sauce. I prefer a robust to spicey sauce. Also be aware that the ranch tastes store bought. I purchased two little cups for a $1.I will try this pizza place again to see if they have different pizza sauce.“
“The "famous" burrito wasn't the best.. it had the eggs as more so an omelet not scrambled, bacon was super crunchy, and the flavor was just okay.. the ambiance was nice, the clam chowder was delicious, it was our favorite!!! The service was ok, they were nice but it was more order, enjoy, have a good day. It wasn't good nor bad.“
“I am a very picky foodie and I LOVE eating variety of high quality, healthy, tasty food. So I am not a Mac and cheese or steak and potato type. Having said that…Holy Moly! This place has such a different twist to what they do. First, my wife can’t have any gluten, so that eliminates most flower products. She is always sad that she can’t just have a delicious waffle, well everything they do here is all ORGANIC and Gluten Free!!We ordered the fruit topping on the blue corn waffle, 10 out of 10! The fruit was fresh and the home made whip cream was to die for! Knowing that it’s not made from process garbage chemicals made it that much better. We also had two different carne Asada tacos, first the blue corn tortillas was very tasty and natural tasting. I have eaten many different types of tacos in my life, I would rate these as being top 2 out of 100 different places. It’s a different twist, but I love the flavor and the creative twist on it. Some times those creative attempts can go bad, not here. Sadly we are from Oswego IL. We just stumbled onto this cute little town and to this magical place! It’s bit more expensive than normal, but worth every penny in my book. You will also appreciate the cute beachy, coffee house feel, they also have a nice outdoor dining area.Give it a try, you will be incredibly glad you did, YUM! 10 out of 10!Dietary restrictions: Everything is gluten free and 100% organic“
“What an amazing place. We have been here twice now on two separate visits. Both times this place is amazing. Great GF options for the wife and girl and amazing pasties for me and the boys.Full coffee bar and the drip dark roast is great also.Outdoor seating is great atmosphere also, covered or out in the sun.AND…The bathrooms were clean and very nice.Go to stop when in town!!!Dietary restrictions: Great Gleuten Free pastries with multiple options.Kid-friendliness: Great patio seating outdoors and clean bathrooms.“
“These cookies are way better than other cookie places. I ate 3 cookies and no headache no sick to my stomach frm the overload of sugar. They are just the right amount of sweetness, soft but not too soft, cooked to a perfect consistency so its not too cakey but still chewy but not raw dough-esque. Great flavors like ones w molasses and almond extract. Also have choc chip good ol fashioned. Ive never had such good vegan cookies. Its also cute and quaint, like youre walking into someones front door of their house.Soooo much better than Crumbl imo. They dont have that gross uncooked raw dough style that Crumbl cookies have nor the ten bzillion calories Crumbl cookies have. Crumbl cookies make me sick. Even just 1 quarter of them. I ate 3 of Caliwala’s and I feel great.Ill be back!“
“this is a cute and inviting shop with yummy chocolate chip cookies. we also sampled the lemon and cinnamon ones too. I think our kids preferred the original cookies which have big flat chocolate chips! we bought a tower of cookies! we will definitely return on our next vacation!“
“FOOD: Never misses! Pastries are so good; flaky, buttery and savory. Plenty of choices from sweet, decadent and savory treats. Breakfast croissants are filling and yummy. I haven't tried their cold sandwiches yet but when I'm in town again I will most definitely give it a try. They offer bobas, coffees and teas. I tried their quarter sheet strawberry filled cake with cream cheese frosting and it was delicious and moist. It was amazing. SERVICE: Always had very nice and welcoming staff. Even when they are slammed they were still very attentive, patient and kind. We loved to see it! They were quick with the service and helpful. AMBIANCE: Cute mom and pop shop. Nothing too crazy or decorative. Clean and no funky smell. Good enough space for quick buys. It is more of a walk-thru type of place rather than a sit down coffee shop nonetheless good eats. Highly recommend in Los Osos. Worth the 30 min drive from Oceano just have to do a little haul each time lol. Try it for yourself. There's something for everybody. Also, their olive rosemary loaf!!! So good for chicken salad sandwiches! Support local!“
“The food is delicious, the vibe is great, the only thing I'd say is to be prepared to wait if it's a weekend night because they get pretty busy, so you might want to order ahead!! Awesome neighborhood spot with lots of options, including vegetarian.“
“A friend brought me here for the chocolate chip cookie and it was amazing! Perfectly gooey on the inside with a crispy outside.I also had a breakfast sandwich and a latte, which were pretty good, but slightly overpriced. My total bill for a cookie, sandwich and latte was $28! The sandwich and latte were good, but not as amazing as the cookie. The staff were very friendly and the space is easily accessible.“
