He was very friendly and extremely helpful and most importantly he paid close attention to what I was ordering. “This was my first visit to Shake Shack. It's located at the Palladio in Folsom. I went on a Friday around 1130am, so parking was plentiful. I was greeted by a staff person as soon as I entered. The menu and order/pick up counter are right at the entrance. In addition to a variety of burgers there are vegan options, chicken sandwhiches, hot dogs, soft drinks, milkshakes and even a selection of beer and wines! The entrance is full of light and very welcoming. There are several seating areas inside and out. I ordered a single burger with no cheese and fries. I sat near the entrance and observed a steady flow of customers ordering to eat in as well as those ordering to go or delivery service pick ups. My order arrived in about 5 minutes (they bring it to your table). My burger was a delicious smashed burger and the crinkle cut fries were fresh and hot. As a staff person was delivering an order to another table, he stopped to ask me if my order was ok. I was pleasantly surprised by that because most fast food places do not check on you after you receive your order. 5 stars for the excellent customer service! Overall a great place to stop in to satisfy your hunger and experience great customer service.“

“Hostess was very kind. Sat in the bar. It was a quiet, yet fun atmosphere, hearing all the regulars and their banter. I ordered the Madlove with some mods. The burger and side came out perfect. Food tasted great. Refill on side was out almost simultaneously! Steve was super personable and efficient!“

“WE were passing throught on a fun day at my moms friends POOL i do remember that the burgers were big and huge and delicous havent ben here in 4 months going on 5 but i still remember big juicy burgers were delicous and are delicous we went to my moms friends NAME AMY. we live by ARROWBEE in PLACERVILLE CA were super close were 10 minutes away.“

“Burgers at five guys are my favorite. Be ready for a literal bag full of hot salty french fries. The service at this location was great. Everyone was friendly and you could tell that they enjoyed working there and serving the customers. Oh and the shakes are great too!
Kid-friendliness: They have free peanuts in the shell that the kids love to crack and eat while waiting for food.“

“Stopped by ont he way to Tahoe and found this McDonald’s to be clean friendly and food was hot and fresh. Drive thru was busy and inside there were kiosks to order though you can order from the counter.
Filet o fish was ordered with some additions and it came out exactly as I wanted. McNuggets crispy and soft serve cone was tall and delicious.
Bathrooms were clean“
