I’ve never been the type to leave reviews but had to for this place! Seriously the nicest people and so respectful. They helped us choose what wines were the best and what they pair best with, along with aging times. Fairly priced and the wines are amazing. They made us feel welcomed and provided a comforting environment. Definitely recommend!

Madroña Vineyards offers a beautiful setting with indoor and outdoor seating, known for exceptional service and experience. The winery features a peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect escape from the crowded areas of Apple Hill. Many visitors enjoy the wine tasting, which includes six different wines, often accompanied by cheese, and is reasonably priced at $15. Guests can choose 2 flights from a list of 4, each consisting of 3 tastings. A portion of the tasting fee can be applied to a wine purchase, allowing many to take home their favorites, like the popular Fiore. The stunning vineyard is tucked away along a winding road near High Hill Ranch and offers breathtaking views reminiscent of Lake Tahoe. During special events like Magnum week, visitors can taste unique aged wines and enjoy the serene outdoor seating area. The staff, including a helpful sommelier, enhances the experience, making it a highly recommended destination for both locals and travelers alike.
