“Nothing wrong with service. They take your order at the counter, make the pizza, and bring it out when done.
Otherwise you get your own drinks. Or if you have a buffet salad. This is good pizza and a nice clean place to eat it in. I am going to try a pasta dish next time.

We have eaten here twice on a Sunday evening while on a road trip. I think all the other sit down restaurants in Pollock Pines must close at 6 on a Sunday. It's no wonder they seem to be plenty busy, with to go food for the locals wearing their jammies.
A dad and adult son came in with the exact same plaid my wife and I have. Being here and eating there twice, I can say that Buffalo plaid is leading the fashion trend with both author and local to go customers.
So if you are driving by and hungry. You won't be disappointed here. If you are driving in your comfies, and hungry. You will feel very welcomed. Though staff wears pants.“

Make sure you start with the Piemontese Bagna Cauda (AKA "Hot Bath"). It's the best flat bread you'll ever have, without hyperbole: crispy outside, wonderfully doughy inside. Don’t be put off by the use of polenta in place of traditional pasta. I was skeptical at first, but the first bite washed away all misgivings. These people know how to cook! “Great decorations. Even the bathrooms look like a forest. When we arrived, we were all given a light-up wreath crown, which we were able to take home. There were 5 of us and we had the fondue dinner. Each course was more food than we could eat. Started with cheese fondue. Main course was pieces of filet mignon, chicken, meatballs and giant shrimp cooked in oil and finished with chocolate fondue. Delicious. Our waiter, Miles, was outstanding. Made sure we were well taken care of.“
