“I'm not a sushi fan, but I love their gyoza (Japanese fried dumplings), which I usually order with the house salad. Everything is fresh and well prepared. Outdoor seating available. It will be a shame if this place closes when the Regal is torn down in January. I will miss it.“

We tried to get in 2 different times but they were full.
On the 3rd try we understood why it's so crowded the food was fabulous. Hubby got drunken noodles loved them and I had Crispy Chickee and loved it also.
Try it you'll love it.“

“My family and I eat here all the time! Whether it be a birthday, or just a free Saturday, Waraii is the best choice. They always have such great service and the music is in great taste-never too loud. I recommend the crunch dragon and the spicy garlic edamame when you come! See you tomorrow!“

“First time at Harney Sushi and I would definitely go back! We ordered the Rainbow Role, Maui Wowii, Yellow Mellow, harney-peños, roasted shishito peppers, calamari, salmon nigiri, vegetarian fried rice, and crunch rolls. Everything was delicious! I can’t wait to try other items. The DJ was on point with his music choice and our waitress was a doll (forgot her name but she reminds me of the beautiful Rosario Dawson)“

“Hibachi-San on base at Camp Pendleton is one of those spots that never disappoints. The restaurant is consistently clean and well-kept, from the kitchen area to the dining tables, which says a lot about how much pride they take in their work.
The service is quick, even during the lunch rush, and the team handles every order with care. The food is fresh, hot, and cooked right in front of you, so you always know what you’re getting. Whether it’s the chicken teriyaki, beef yakisoba, or the classic fried rice, everything tastes just as good as it smells. Portions are generous, and you get great value for what you pay.
It’s clear the crew works hard to keep customers happy they remember faces, get orders right, and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. In a fast-paced setting like Camp Pendleton, it’s nice to have a place that’s consistent, clean, and welcoming. Hibachi-San is easily one of the best food stops on base and worth coming back to every time.“
