I've gone to this place 3-4 times a week and asks of the last 3 times I've went they hasn't been closed during store hours. I've went to 3 other boba places each time only to get more frustrated as the quality is not the same. It seems like this place may be having staffing issues. Please figure out your hours.

The spacious interior was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the friendly atmosphere. Although the kiosk malfunctioned, the single staff member went above and beyond to help me out.
