It's a damn shame. The new lease owners raised the rent and Stars Drive In has to close. I loved this place. Great burgers, burritos, tostadas, huevos rancheros, giros and a lot more. Friendly staff and chefs made it a pleasure to go in and order food. Hopefully they can re open in a different location soon. This stinks.
Have always loved this place, unfortunately all good things come to an end. Location will be closing this month. If you haven't gone, stop by and share some love before they're gone

The food was good. It was a little heavy on the stomach, but you can’t beat the price nor can you beat the selections they had available. It was definitely a “blast from the past” dining in. And if you like to be reminded of the old days of Jazz and a little bit of the segregation era this is the place to visit visual wise. The food and service was great and everyone was very welcoming and kind.
