You will not be disappointed. I do not live locally but will drive the 50 minutes anytime for their food. We look forward to eating here as much as possible.”

“I had the beef enchilada it was ok after I scraped off the sauce as it was too sweet for me. My wife had the chili Verde and it was ok also but the tomatillo sauce was sweet instead of tangy. Chips and salsa were good. Only thing we didnt like is no one told us nor is it posted anywhere that there is a surcharge if you pay with a card. We dont mind paying as it is a small business but wish we knew before hand.”

“Ordered food on line for delivery. The driver rechecked the order and found some added sauces were not included. He immediately went back to the restaurant, got us our sauces, and carrot cake for the inconvenience and refused an additional tip.
Who does that anymore? Difference between Door Dash and ordering directly from the restaurant. Extremely good experience. Food is always good.”

“This is what El Pollo Loco wanted to be when it first opened. Tender moist chicken. Great tortillas and solid sides. It’s a simple storefront in a strip mall. Don’t let it fool you. It’s high quality, simple fare perfectly executed.”

“Came in this afternoon, was warmly greeted immediately as soon as I entered. Ordered a jumbo pastrami sandwich which ran me about 17 bucks on the dot, which for how big the sandwich was is pretty good imo. The bread was warm the meat was good and the veggies were fresh. Had a crack at the pinball machines and then went about my day. Overall a pretty good experience. I'd come here again!”

“The guy who took my order was kind of a drip, but easy to deal with. The issue I had was when I asked how I'd know when my drink was ready. He said they'd call out my name. I mentioned I was sitting outside and I hope they had a speaker out there. He said no problem, they'd run it out to me. Cool, and here's the issue. I never heard my name, and they never came out. I went in after a while and my drink was sitting on the counter. I mentioned what the guy had said, and the two girls went deer-in-the-headlights. The message got dropped on the floor somewhere along the line. Customer service should be just that.”
