I walked in and inquired about a tasting session and the guy behind the counter was aloof didn’t seem to care that I was there, or extend any genuine effort to interest me in staying or completing any transaction; so I left and spent my time and money elsewhere.
I have been coming here for 22 years. The wine and the experience is amazing. The facility also has a beautiful deck over looking the Soquel Creek. The hospitality manager Christopher has provided amazing customer service, is extremely knowledgeable on all things wine and always makes you feel welcome. Madelin is really wonderful as well. I highly recommend this amazing tasting room.
We had the best tasting experience today with Madeleine and Tracey! They were so nice and taught us a ton about the origin of each wine and how they differ from others. The wine education was super helpful, and the wines were fabulous, but the service is what really set the experience apart from others. I highly recommend Armida!
