We stopped here driving back to Los Angeles and we were glad we did. We sat on the patio with our dog and had breakfast. We both had eggs Benedict (one chorizo and one classic) and they were both delicious. The coffee was excellent as was the service. The prices were very reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant.
I past this restaurant and returned a hour later just before closing. Best decision hands down. I ordered from the breakfast menu a omelet with shrimp and avocados and it was so filling and delicious, it came w/hash browns and toast. I had a traditional mimosa as well. The seating outside is also great for people watching and to bask in the sunshine. The staff are very attentive. Great food and experience.
$52 tab for breakfast for 4 (two children) in Capitola is worth 5 stars in itself. Usually we get breakfast at Zelda’s or Cowboys Corner in Watsonville but this spot was great. The chilaquiles were real good and house salsa and tortillas were really good. Beans were the best in the area. I’d eat here every day
